How do I start my café with Café Builder?
Choose your package and pay the ₱2,000 reservation fee. Our team will contact you for the next steps including payment, scheduling, and setup.
What is included in the café package?
Each package includes coffee equipment, barista training, certificate of completion, recipe book, and step-by-step manual.
Is the ₱2,000 reservation fee refundable?
No, it is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total package price upon full payment.
How long is the reservation valid?
The reservation is valid for 15 days. Full payment must be completed within this period or it will be forfeited.
Do you offer delivery and training nationwide?
Yes, we deliver nationwide via LBC. Provincial training is conducted online.

Free face-to-face training is available in Metro Manila and Bulacan, or for customers who pick up at our Bulacan store.

On-site training with 2 baristas is available with additional transportation cost.
When will I receive my package?
Delivery or dispatch will be scheduled after reservation and downpayment confirmation. Our team will coordinate with you.
Do you provide training?
Yes, we provide hands-on barista training with certificate of completion.
Can beginners start with your packages?
Yes, our packages are designed for beginners, home cafés, and startup coffee businesses.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
Our team will contact you after reservation to assist with completing the remaining payment.
